By placing an order on Malabar Crafts you agree to these terms. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Bronze is handcrafted, so small variations in finish and weight are natural and are not defects.
No-cost EMI is offered on eligible credit cards. The interest charged by your bank is given to you as an upfront discount on the order, so the total you repay equals the product price. Your bank may charge a processing fee and GST on interest as per its own terms.

6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
MALABAR CRAFTS is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If an order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period, customers can contact us for assistance.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, phone number, and other necessary details.
MALABAR CRAFTS will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping an order returned due to incorrect address or repeated delivery failures.
8. Damaged Products During Transit
If a product arrives damaged during courier transportation, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the damaged product and packaging must be shared.
A copy of the purchase invoice may also be requested.
Our team will review the complaint and assist with an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Replacement Policy.
