We ship across India. Orders are packed within 1–2 working days and usually delivered in 3–7 working days depending on your PIN code. You’ll receive the tracking number once your order ships.
Return & Refund Policy – MALABAR CRAFTS
At MALABAR CRAFTS, we take great care in selecting, preparing, and delivering quality products to our customers. Every product undergoes a quality check before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in good condition.
However, if a product is damaged during courier transportation, we are here to assist you with a replacement.
🚫 No Returns or Refunds
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products for reasons other than verified damage during courier transportation, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
- Once an order has been successfully delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as a change of mind or personal preference.
- Customers are advised to review product descriptions, specifications, images, and other details carefully before placing an order.
✅ Courier Damage – Replacement Only
We offer a free replacement for products damaged during courier transportation, subject to verification.
This policy applies to our products, including:

- Kitchenware
- Handcrafted products

🔧 Replacement Procedure
To request a replacement, customers must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery by following these steps:
- 📸 Share clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the damaged product and packaging.
- 🧾 Provide a copy of the purchase invoice or order confirmation.
- 📩 Send the details and supporting evidence through our official Email or WhatsApp.
Our team will review the request and arrange an appropriate replacement if the claim is approved.
No return shipment is required for courier-damaged products unless specifically requested by our team.

⚠️ Undelivered or Rejected Orders
If an order is refused by the customer or remains undelivered due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or other customer-related reasons and is returned to us:
- Applicable shipping and return courier charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
- Any refund, where applicable, will be processed after reviewing the circumstances of the order.
