At MALABAR CRAFTS, we take great care in selecting, preparing, and delivering quality products to our customers. All our products undergo a quality check before dispatch to ensure they reach you in good condition. However, if any product is damaged during courier transit, we are here to help with a replacement.
🚫 No Returns or Refunds
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products for reasons other than verified courier transit damage, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
- Once delivered, products cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as a change of mind or personal preference.
- Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.
✅ Courier Damage – Replacement Only
We offer 100% free replacement for products damaged during courier transportation, subject to verification.
This includes:

- Handcrafted Products

🔧 Replacement Steps
To claim a replacement, please follow these steps within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery:
- 📸 Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damaged product.
- 🧾 Include your purchase invoice or order confirmation.
- 📩 Send all the details via Email or WhatsApp.
No return shipment is required for courier-damaged products unless specifically requested by our team.

⚠️ Undelivered or Rejected Orders
If an order is refused or remains undelivered and is returned to us:
- Applicable forward and return courier charges may be deducted from any eligible refundable amount.
- Any applicable refund will be processed after reviewing the circumstances of the order.
